Travel conditions

After sending us your application form or e-mail you will receive confirmation of the order together with the request to deposit 25% of the total cost per person to our Swedish bank account or by credit card. Your booking is valid after we have received the deposit.
The total amount of the tour price will be due at least 30 days before your arrival.
Short-term bookings - less than 30 days before arrival – must be paid immediately in one payment.
Upon registration of the deposit on our account and with the confirmation of your order, you will receive more information and details about the programme and the necessary equipment.

Each participant is responsible for taking their own travel- and cancellation insurance.
We can neither be held responsible for damages nor for compensation claims.
The tour organiser is not liable for acts of God, such as natural disasters. Nor are we liable for industrial action (strikes).
Each participant has to respect safety regulations as well as legal customs- and passport regulations. Any additional fee, caused by not respecting general travel conditions and rules, will be charged fully to the participant.

We have Travel Guarantees Act
Anyone who arranges or sells travel arrangements regulated in the Travel Guarantees Act (1972:204) must, prior to selling or marketing these arrangements, lodge security with the Swedish Legal, Financial and Administrative Services Agency. The purpose of the Act is to protect travellers if a travel arrangement is cancelled or interrupted, usually because the operator has gone bankrupt.

The amount guaranteed can be used to recompense the costs of any advance payment, full payment, value of the benefits which were included in the travel arrangement and possible repatriation costs. If for some reason the arrangement is not completed, the guarantee can be used to reimburse the affected travellers. The obligation itself to lodge security is considered to contribute to the goal that only operators with sufficient means to protect their customers will actually venture into the travel business.


Cancellation:
the first payment and the bookingfee (25 %) will not be paid back in case of cancellation
In case of cancellation 30-60 days before travel commences, the deposit will be kept by the tour organiser.
Cancellations from day 29 to 15 before travel commences will be charged with 50 % of the full tour price.
Cancellations 14 days or less before the travel commences will be charged with 100 % of the tour costs.
All cancellations require a written document.

 Bokningsrutiner

Efter det att ni fyllt i bokningsformuläret eller bokat någon av våra turer via mejl eller telefon, så får ni en bekräftelse samt en faktura på 25% av den totala kostnaden, att betalas via banköverföring eller via kreditkort. Efter mottagen betalning så är bokningen giltig.
För bokningar som sker mindre än 30 dagar innan ankomst, tas hela avgiften ut på en gång.
När vi mottagit betalningen skickar vi mer information och packlista inför turen.

Varje enskild deltagare måste teckna sin egen reseförsäkring och avbeställningsskydd.
Snöbrist, extrem vårflod, eldsvåda eller andra omständigheter utanför Aurora Borealis kontroll som inte Aurora Borealis skäligen kunnat förvänta sig när bokningen skedde berättigar Aurora att häva avtalet utan att avge skadestånd i någon form. Inte heller kan Aurora Borealis hållas skyldiga till ev strejker.

Varje enskild deltagare måste respektera regler och säkerhetsrutiner. Om någon deltagare bryter mot de generella reglerna, har vi rätt att ta ut en avgift för att täcka kostnaderna.

Resegaranti
Vi har resegaranti ställd via Kammarkollegiet.

Avbokning
Vid avbokning som sker 30-60 dagar innan återbetalas bokningsavgiften endast mot uppvisande av läkarintyg, i annat fall återbetalas inte bokningsavgiften.
Avbokning som sker 29-15 dagar innan ankomst debiteras 50% av den totala kostnaden.
Avbokning som sker mindre än 14 dagar innan ankomst debiteras till 100%.

Alla avbokningar måste ske skriftligt.
 

Betalning
Betalning kan ske antingen via bankgiro eller med VISA, Mastercard,
Rikskort, Electron, Maestro samt Bankkort.
